dc.description.abstractO trabalho objetivou traçar o perfil do crime de roubo à mão armada, na área do 41º BPM, no biênio 2009/2010, registrado por pessoas que realizam saque em instituições bancárias, na perspectiva de prevenção, coação, justiça e defesa dos direitos, saúde e social do cidadão. Com base na análise dos dados, concluiu-se que os bairros Santa Helena, Barreiro, Milionário e Bairro das Indústrias são aqueles que mais ocorrem o delito na área do 41º BPM. Pode ser afirmar que os assaltantes atuam levando em consideração: o acesso ao banco, localidade, ausência de câmeras de filmagem e profissionais que trabalham no banco (vigilantes, gerentes, caixa comum e caixa especial para saque, entre outros). Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que o perfil dos indivíduos infratores compreende, na grande maioria das vezes, em dois indivíduos que, normalmente usam capacete durante o assalto, principalmente para dificultar a visualização do rosto. Entre os vários fatores detectados, realça-se que, em alguns casos, a vítima prefere não tomar providências diante da “saidinha do banco” por medo de represálias, agressões e perseguições, uma vez que o infrator pode ter acompanhado sua trajetória por certo período de tempo. Percebeu-se que as transformações ocorridas nesta modalidade de crime vêm retratar que as vítimas, via relato feito na Delegacia de Polícia, não tomam cuidados para combater o crime “saidinha de banco”. Verificou-se, ainda, a importância da integração e cooperação entre os diversos órgãos responsáveis pela Segurança Pública (Polícias Federal, Militar, Civil, Ministério Público e Poder Judiciário), para atuação conjunta na prevenção ou repressão do delito “saidinha de banco”. Com base nos dados da pesquisa, percebeu-se que há preocupação da Polícia Militar na orientação e encaminhamento das vítimas sobre a forma de exigir após a “saidinha de banco”. Constatou-se também a importância do CICOp e da Cia Tático Móvel como maneira de inter-relacionar habilidades, atitudes e estratégias de e com as vítimas. Por fim, concluiu-se que os bancos possui parcela significativa para as ocorrências de “saidinha de banco”, de acordo com as observações deste estudo, pois o layout e o sistema de segurança das agências apresentam falhas que tornam o ambiente propício para a execução, por parte dos infratores, da “saidinha de banco”.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractenThe work aimed at to trace the profile of the robbery crime by force of arms, in the area of 41st BPM, in the biennium 2009/2010, registered by people that accomplish draft in bank institutions, in the prevention perspective, coercion, justice and defense of the rights, health and social of the citizen. With base in the analysis of the data, it was ended that the neighborhoods Santa Helena, Barreiro, Millionaire and Neighborhood of the Industries are those that more happens the crime in the area of 41st BPM. It can be to affirm that the attackers act taking in consideration: the access to the bank, place, absence of filming cameras and professionals that it work in the bank (vigilant, managers, common box and special box for draft, among other). The results of the research show that the individuals offenders' profile understands, in the great majority of the times, in two individuals that, they usually use helmet during the assault, mainly to hinder the visualization of the face. Among the several detected factors, it is enhanced that, in some cases, the victim prefers not to take providences before the “saidinha de banco" for fear of reprisals, aggressions and persecutions, once the offender might have accompanied your path for certain period of time. It was noticed that the transformations happened in this crime modality they come to portray that the victims, through report done at the Police station of Police, they are not carefuls to combat the crime “saidinha de banco” it was Verified, still, the importance of the integration and cooperation among the several responsible organs for the Public Safety (Police Federal, Military, Civil, public prosecution service and Judiciary Power), for united performance in the prevention or repression of the crime "saidinha de banco”. With base in the data of the research, it was noticed that there is concern of Military Police in the orientation and the victims' direction on the form of demanding after the “saidinha de banco”. It was also verified the importance of CICOp and of Movable Tactical Cia as way to interrelate abilities, attitudes and strategies of and with the victims. Finally, it was ended that the banks possess significant portion for the occurrences of "saidinha de banco”, in agreement with the observations of this study, because the layout and the system of safety of the agencies present flaws that turn the favorable atmosphere for the execution, on the part of the offenders, of the “saidinha de banco”pt_BR
