dc.description.abstractO objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar as dificuldades dos municípios mineiros de pequeno porte em realizar investimentos em infraestrutura, à luz do pacto federativo definido pela Constituição de 1988, para entender quais os fatores de entrave ao desenvolvimento municipal ligados à questão da infra-estrutura. Para o desenvolvimento do estudo foram feitas ampla pesquisa bibliográfica e documental e análise dos dados financeiros pertinentes à situação dos municípios mineiros de pequeno porte frente aos investimentos em infraestrutura. Utilizou-se também as bases de dados para identificar e analisar a taxa de investimento dos municípios desses municípios e assim elencar as principais dificuldades enfrentadas por eles no tocante aos investimentos em infraestrutura.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractenThe objective of this research is to analyze the difficulties of the small municipalities of Minas Gerais in making investments in infrastructure, considering the federative pact defined by the 1988 Constitution, to understand the factors that hamper the municipal development related to the infrastructure issue. For the development of the study were made a wide bibliographic and documentary research and an analysis of the pertinent financial data to evaluate the situation of the small municipalities of Minas Gerais facing the investments in infrastructure. It was also used the databases to identify and analyze the investment rate of the municipalities of these municipalities and so to list the main difficulties faced by these municipalities regarding infrastructure investments.en
