Resumo
Esta pesquisa científica teve por objetivo conhecer a metodologia aplicada na Estação de Treinamento da Academia de Polícia Militar, durante o Treinamento Policial Básico, período de 2008 a 2009, e a sua eficácia no ambiente operacional. Objetivou identificar o nível de satisfação dos policiais treinados em relação ao treinamento na Estação; verificar a adequabilidade da infraestrutura física e da metodologia; avaliar a aplicabilidade das técnicas treinadas nas atividades de polícia ostensiva no ambiente operacional. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, quando se compilou as teorias relacionadas ao treinamento nas organizações, sobre a gestão do conhecimento e de documentos internos da Corporação que versam sobre o assunto, e de natureza qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas realizadas junto aos cabos e soldados pertencentes ao Grupo Especializado de Policiamento em Áreas de Risco (GEPAR) do 22º Batalhão de Polícia Militar – Belo Horizonte/MG, que passaram e foram aprovados no TPB, nos anos de 2008 e 2009. Verifica-se neste estudo a importância do treinamento dentro das organizações, em especial na Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais, que o trata como um processo educacional capaz de oferecer os conhecimentos necessários para que o policial militar possa agir com segurança e de maneira correta durante qualquer evento de defesa social. Conclui-se, por intermédio da pesquisa de campo realizada, e pelo método hipotético-dedutivo, que a maioria dos policiais militares aplica as técnicas ensinadas dentro da Estação, no Treinamento Policial Básico, por considerá-las adequadas e coerentes para fazer face à demanda operacional. Com base no resultado da pesquisa são apresentadas algumas sugestões para intensificar o treinamento de algumas técnicas menos aplicadas e adaptações no conteúdo programático da disciplina para conciliar com a realidade predominante na atividade operacional.
Abstract
This scientific research aimed to know the methodology applied in the Training Station of the Academia de Polícia Militar, during the Basic Police Training (TPB), the period from 2008 to 2009, and its effectiveness in the operating environment. In order to identify the level of satisfaction of police officers trained in relation to the training station, verify the adequacy of physical infrastructure and methodology, to evaluate the applicability of the techniques trained in patrolling activities in the operational environment. It is a descriptive, when it compiled the theories related to training organizations on knowledge management and the Corporation's internal documents that deal with the subject, and qualitative through interviews conducted with the cables and soldiers belonging to the Expert Group on Policing Risk Areas (Gepar) of the 22nd Military Police Battalion - Belo Horizonte / MG, passed and passed the TPB, in the years 2008 and 2009. There is this study the importance of training within organizations, particularly in the Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais, which treats it as an educational process can provide the knowledge necessary for the military police to act safely and correctly during any event of social defense. It is concluded, through field research, and the hypothetical-deductive method, that most police officers apply the techniques taught inside the station, in Basic Police Training, deeming them appropriate and consistent to meet the demand operational. Based on the outcome of the research are some suggestions to enhance the training of some applied techniques and adaptations unless the syllabus of the course to reconcile with the reality prevailing in operating activities.
