Educação em Direitos Humanos: sua inteligibilidade na formação policial

Resumo
Este estudo teve, como objetivo compreender em que medida o Projeto Educadores para Paz, como atividade prática influenciou a inteligibilidade de Direitos Humanos pelos cadetes do 2º ano do Curso de Bacharelado em Ciências Militares, Curso de Formação de Oficiais da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerias (CBCM/CFO). Como objetivo secundário, pretendeu-se identificar, dentre as principais teorias da aprendizagem, a que melhor se amoldava à formação policial voltada à prática reflexiva, além de conhecer o Projeto Educadores para a Paz (PREPAZ) e compreender o conceito de Educação em Direitos Humanos e sua relação com a formação policial. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória e qualitativa, para a qual foi realizado um trabalho de campo com a técnica de pesquisa de grupo focal, com os cadetes que participaram do PREPAZ, em 2009, bem como os que não participaram do Projeto. O método de procedimento utilizado foi o comparativo, que buscou confrontar os saberes, adquiridos pelos cadetes, especificamente no aspecto da inteligibilidade do respeito aos direitos da criança e adolescente. Como técnica, utilizou-se as pesquisas documental e bibliográfica, analisadas sobre o programa de disciplina de Direitos Humanos do 2º ano do CBCM/CFO, constante no Centro de Ensino de Graduação, relatórios do Projeto Educadores para a PAZ, bem como instrumentos internos de Direitos Humanos da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais (PMMG). Depois de sistematizadas as diferenças, e confrontados os saberes, obteve-se como resultado que houve uma significativa contribuição do PREPAZ, na inteligibilidade de Direitos Humanos pelos cadetes que dele fizeram parte. Conclui-se, que as atividades práticas inseridas no currículo do CBCM/CFO, influenciam na inteligibilidade de Direitos Humanos, pelos cadetes , quando devidamente direcionadas
Abstract
This study had as main objective to understand to what extent the Projeto Educadores para a Paz, while practical activity influenced the intelligibility of Human Rights of the cadets of the 2nd year of the Curso de Bacharelado em Ciências Militares, Curso de Formação de Oficiais of the Polícia Militar of Minas Gerais (CBCM / CFO). As secondary objective it was intended to identify among the main theories of the learning, the one that best corresponded to the police training focused on the reflexive practice; besides acknowledging the Projeto Educadores para a Paz (PREPAZ) and understanding the concept of education in Human Rights and its relationship with the police training. This is an exploratory and qualitative research, for which a field work was accomplished with the technique of field research focal groups, with cadets that participated in PREPAZ, in the year of 2009, as well as those who did not participate in the project. The method of procedure used was the comparative that attempted to confront the knowledge, acquired by cadets, specifically in the aspect of the intelligibility of the respect to the child‟s right and adolescent. As technique, it was made use of the documental and bibliographical researches, which were analyzed under the program of discipline of Human Rights of the 2nd year of CBCM / CFO, consistent with the Center of Teaching of Graduation, reports of the Projeto Educadores para a Paz, as well as internal instruments of Human Rights of the PMMG. After having systematized the differences, and confronted the knowledge, it was concluded that there was a significant contribution of PREPAZ, in the intelligibility of Human Rights for the cadets that engaged on the project.
