Resumo
Nas linhas que se seguem pretendeu-se abordar de forma breve e objetiva a Inclusão digital para o terceiro setor. Nesse sentido, foram estudados importantes aspectos referentes à atual desigualdade social no Brasil, com atenção especial à exclusão social de grande parte das famílias brasileiras bem como e principalmente, a exclusão digital, que ademais de todos os avanços conquistados pelo país nas ultimas décadas, e ainda bastante perceptível, mesmo nas grandes cidades. Dados esses pontos, fixou-se a atenção e o estudo em observar a atuação do Terceiro Setor no Brasil, a forma em que se encontra sua atuação e programas empreendidos principalmente no Estado de Minas Gerais. Pode-se então, concentrar, por derradeiro, na importante análise de como se dá ou se pode dar a participação do Terceiro Setor no processo de Inclusão Digital no Brasil. O presente trabalho justificou-se, pois, na escassez de materiais que tratam sobre a questão proposta, bem como a necessidade de mais estudos que venham a aclarar a questão e auxiliar com idéias e resultados práticos com fins de apoiar e acelerar a Inclusão Digital no país. A metodologia utilizada neste trabalho foi norteada pela pesquisa bibliográfica e documental a partir de temas circunspectos ao presente trabalho bem como de assuntos que auxiliem ao seu melhor entendimento ao final, situando-o na presente realidade da questão no país.
Abstract
In the lines that if follow it was intended to approach of brief and objective form the digital Inclusion for the third sector. In this direction, important referring aspects had been studied the current social inequality in Brazil, with special attention to the social exclusion of great part of the Brazilian families as well as and mainly, the digital exclusion, of all the advances conquered for the country in the last few decades, is still sufficiently perceivable, exactly in the great cities. Data these points, fixed it attention and the study in observing the performance of the Third Sector in Brazil, the form where if it finds and its performance and programs undertaken mainly in the State of Minas Gerais. It can then, to concentrate, for last, in the important analysis of as if of or if it can give the participation of the Third Sector in the process of Digital Inclusion in Brazil. The present work was justified, therefore, in the scarcity of materials that treat on the question proposal, as well as in the necessity of more studies that come to aclarar the question and assistant with ideas and results practical with ends to support and to speed up the Digital Inclusion in the country. The methodology used in this work was guided by documentary the bibliographical research and from subjects to the present work as well as of subjects that better assist to its agreement to the end, pointing out it in the present reality of the question in the country.
