Resumo
O presente trabalho teve por finalidade identificar as competências necessárias para o exercício da atividade de assessor parlamentar da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais. Este trabalho foi desenvolvido durante no ano de 2016. A pesquisa realizada foi exploratória e trata-se de um assunto pouco explorado e de escasso referencial bibliográfico além de ser estratégico a Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais, por ser uma função importante para a instituição. Assim, neste, procurou-se descrever as atividades que um assessor parlamentar militar desenvolve além de identificar os conhecimentos, as habilidades e atitudes requeridas para o exercício da atividade de assessor parlamentar militar. Concluiu-se que as principais funções do assessor parlamentar militar seriam assessorar o Comando-Geral da Polícia Militar junto às casas parlamentares nos assuntos de interesse da instituição e acompanhar, diuturnamente, os fatos políticos que possam afetar, de alguma forma, os interesses estratégicos da Corporação. Ainda, também se concluiu que o assessor parlamentar deve ter competências tais, como, conhecimento jurídico atualizado, do funcionamento das instituições onde atua (conhecimento operacional), boa rede de contatos (network), bom relacionamento politico, entre outros.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the necessary competencies for the exercise of the activity of parliamentary advisor of the Military Police of Minas Gerais. This work was developed during the year of 2016. The research was exploratory and it is an unexplored subject and a scarce bibliographic reference, besides being strategic to the Military Police of Minas Gerais, since it is an important function for the institution. The purpose of this study was to describe the activities that a military parliamentary aide develops in addition to identifying the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for the exercise of military parliamentary advisory activity. It was concluded that the main functions of the military parliamentary adviser would be to advise the General Command of the Military Police to the parliamentary houses on matters of interest to the institution and to monitor diuturnamente the political facts that may affect in some way the strategic interests of the Corporation. Also, it was also concluded that the parliamentary advisor should have such skills as current legal knowledge, the functioning of the institutions where he operates (operational knowledge), good network, good political relationship, among others.
