dc.description.abstractNesta pesquisa foi desenvolvida uma revisão da literatura sobre Governo Eletrônico e Governo Móvel, assim como foi realizada uma avaliação do Aplicativo MGApp do Governo de Minas. Buscou-se, a partir da avaliação e da descrição das funcionalidades do aplicativo, verificar os seus níveis de maturidade, suas características, os serviços disponibilizados e entender as percepções dos usuários com base nas avaliações realizadas na loja de aplicativos Google Play. Como resultado, verificou-se que o aplicativo encontra-se em processo constante de evolução e maturidade. É importante destacar que o Governo de Minas tem ciência de que o Governo Eletrônico pode possibilitar a agilidade com custos reduzidos e a efetividade na entrega dos serviços públicos, mas ainda carece de avanços em alguns serviços que são disponibilizados no aplicativo, principalmente em áreas de grande interesse para a população como a saúde e a educação.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractIn this research it was proposed to carry out a literature review on Electronic Government and Mobile Government and an evaluation of the MGApp Application of the Government of Minas Gerais. Based on the evaluation and description of the application's functionalities, it seeks to verify its maturity level, its characteristics, the services available and the users' perception based on the evaluations carried out in the Google Play application store. As a result, it was found that the application is in a constant process of evolution and maturity. Still, it is important to highlight that the Government of Minas Gerais is aware that the Electronic Government can enable agility with reduced costs and effectiveness in the delivery of public services, but it still lacks advances in some services that are available in the application, mainly in areas of great interest to the population Health and Education.pt_BR
