dc.description.abstractAs relações de trabalho no mundo contemporâneo estão cada vez mais flexíveis e dentre os seus avanços está a implementação do trabalho remoto, crescente no mundo e no Brasil, sobretudo em função da pandemia da Covid-19. Neste sentido, o presente artigo teve o objetivo principal de investigar a percepção dos servidores e chefias de uma Instituição Federal de Ensino brasileira, quanto à execução do trabalho remoto provocado pela pandemia, no período de março a agosto/2020. Além disso, verificou-se de maneira complementar, a viabilidade da implementação permanente de tal modalidade de trabalho. Para alcançá-los, foi realizada uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa junto a 68 trabalhadores do setor público, a qual revelou que os trabalhos realizados remotamente no período em questão, foram considerados satisfatórios na percepção dos profissionais. Além disso, constatou-se que os entrevistados se sentem preparados para a implementação permanente do trabalho remoto, embora as chefias tenham demonstrado cautela.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractenLabor relations in the contemporary world are increasingly flexible and among its advances is the implementation of remote work, which is growing in the world and inBrazil, mainly due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In this sense, this article had the main objective of investigating the perception of servers and managers of a Brazilian Federal Educational Institution, regarding the execution of remote work caused by the pandemic, in the period from March to August/2020. Furthermore, it was verified, in a complementary way, the viability of the permanent implementation of this type of work. To reach them, a quali-quantitative survey was carried out with 68 public sector workers, which revealed that the work carried out remotely in the period in question was considered satisfactory in the professionals' perception. In addition, it was found that respondents feel prepared for the permanent implementation of remote work, although the heads have shown caution.pt_BR
