dc.description.abstractEste trabalho teve por objetivo avaliar o atendimento da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais (PMMG) às vítimas de violência doméstica conjugal, sob o olhar das mulheres vitimadas nos crimes de agressão, ameaça, lesão corporal e homicídio tentado no âmbito das ocorrências dos Batalhões 22º de Belo Horizonte e 35º de Santa Luzia, no ano de 2010. Assim sendo, a pesquisa aborda as mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica conjugal e a forma de atendimento provido pela PMMG. Buscou-se conhecer as recomendações legais para o atendimento às mulheres vítimas de violência; conhecer por meio das ocorrências do ano de 2010, as respostas de atendimento da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais (Batalhões 22º de Belo Horizonte e 35º de Santa Luzia) dada às mulheres vítimas de violência, em relação a tais crimes e analisar sob a ótica destas mulheres a eficácia do atendimento no que diz respeito à redução da incidência (ou da repetição). As informações sobre tais aspectos foram obtidas por intermédio de pesquisa de campo realizada com as vítimas reincidentes de violência doméstica conjugal. O objetivo do trabalho foi alcançado através da realização da pesquisa, onde se conseguiu reunir elementos que confirmaram a hipótese básica apresentada e tornou-se possível identificar e apresentar soluções para os problemas considerados. Ao final do trabalho tornou-se possível propor sugestões capazes de propiciar maior qualidade e eficácia ao atendimento às ocorrências de violência doméstica conjugal.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractenThe present scientific inquiry had since objective valued the service of the Military Police of Minas Gerais (PMMG) to the victims of domestic conjugal violence, under the glance of the women sacrificed in the crimes of aggression, threat, bodily harm and murder tried in the context of the incidents of the Battalions 22º de Belo Horizonte e 35º de Santa Luzia, in the year of 2010. So being, the inquiry approaches the variable women victims of domestic conjugal violence and the form of service provided by the PMMG. We tried to meet the recommendations for legal assistance to women victims of violence; knowing through the events of 2010, the service answers the Military Police of Minas Gerais (Battalions 22º de Belo Horizonte e 35º de Santa Luzia) when victims of violence were given to the women, regarding such crimes and to analysis under the optics of these women the effectiveness of the service what concerns the reduction of the incidence (or of the repetition). The information on such aspects was obtained through field work carried out with the victims reincident of domestic conjugal violence, which disposed of the collaboration of persons contracted for the application of the questionnaire. The objective of the work was reached when, through the realization of the inquiry, there managed to join elements that confirmed the basic presented hypothesis and, still, one made to identify possible and to present solutions for the respected problems. To the end of the work it became possible proposed suggestions able to favor bigger quality and efficiency to the service to the incidents of domestic conjugal violence.pt_BR
