Item Violência doméstica e familiar: três anos em defesa da mulher(2010) Vilarino, Roberto de Freitas; Santos, Andréia dosUma luta de muitas décadas foi vencida pelas mulheres e por todos aqueles que lutam pelo respeito aos princípios fundamentais da dignidade humana e pelo respeito à integridade física, psíquica, moral e social do indivíduo. Trata-se da sanção da Lei n° 11.340/2006, amplamente conhecida como Lei Maria da Penha. Apesar de, nos três de sua existência, ter gerado algumas polêmicas e controvérsias a respeito da sua abrangência, a atuação do Poder Judiciário tem sido eficaz no objetivo de dirimir dúvidas quanto aos pontos controversos, de modo que doutrina jurídica no caso foi enriquecida pela jurisprudência formada e pelos casos julgados com base no texto da lei. Diante disso, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo elaborar um estudo sobre a violência doméstica no Brasil e no mundo, concomitantemente ao estudo da Lei Maria da Penha e sua repercussão, obstáculos e aspectos sociológicos na sociedade. Para a consecução deste trabalho foram realizadas pesquisas na literatura especializada no tema, por meio de consultas a livros e revistas da área jurídica, bem como texto e artigos eletrônicos encontrados em sites da internet. Como conclusão, pode-se salientar que, a partir da sanção da lei Maria da Penha, a mulher brasileira encontrou um novo alento para a sua proteção contra a violência domestica e familiar.Item Movimentos de mulheres do campo e políticas públicas: uma análise do papel dos movimentos sociais em relação às iniciativas voltadas ao enfrentamento da violência contra as mulheres em Minas Gerais(Fundação João Pinheiro, 2017-03-31) Campos, Mariana de Lima; Brasil, Flávia de Paula Duque; Almeida, Marlise Miriam de Matos; Carneiro, RicardoThe recognition of rural women as collective subjects and the construction of public policies focused on their specific agendas are based on her mobilizations and collective actions carried out historically in all regions of the country, at different organizational scales. This work develops a discussion and analysis of the performance of women's movements, trying to understand how they relate in the formulation of policies aimed violence against women in the field and its relationship with the development of these initiatives at the subnational level. It is an exploratory research with approach and qualitative techniques. As methodological resources, in addition to the literature review and documentary surveys were conducted interviews with members of women's movements in the field and with representatives of the government. The work is structured in five chapters. Does a review of chains and theoretical developments that turn to social movements, their repertoires of action and interaction with state, emphasizing the possibilities of movements relate to the scope of public policies. Then, in chapter 2, discusses the scenario in which women in their diversity, began to organize themselves with a view to highlighting their living conditions and register their demands on the public agenda through political activism, but also in interaction with the State, on a paved path by the actions of the feminist movements. In Chapter 3 we present the existing policies to fight violence against women built with a view of the incidence of women's movements and feminist, evidencing the initiatives regarding the reality of women in the field. Our empirical focus turns to the state of Minas Gerais and in order to do so, in chapter 4, we discuss the process of articulation of different movements that represent women in the state, revealing their forms of mobilization, collective action and for dialog with the government. Finally, are analyzed in chapter 5, how are being conducted existing initiatives to deal with violence against women in Minas Gerais and the relationship of social movements in these actions and follow-up processes. We emphasize the effects and the potential of actions resulting from the processes of mobilisation, organization and participation of movements for the design of policies analyzed, revealing a history of advances in recent years in spite of the obstacles so that the phenomenon of violence has visibility and can be combated in rural areas.Item A intersetorialidade na política de enfrentamento à violência contra as mulheres em Minas Gerais(Fundação João Pinheiro, 2024) Pimenta, Beatriz Freire; Souza, Letícia Godinho de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4333929511296586; Ladeira, Carla Bronzo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2040877413046909; Souza, Letícia Godinho; Ladeira, Carla Bronzo; Amorim, Marina Alves; Pasinato, WâniaThis dissertation aimed to analyze intersectionality in the policy to combat violence against women in the state of Minas Gerais. Violence against women is a problem that affects countless women around the world and is something that needs to be on the public agenda of governments, since action through public policies is capable of protecting these women from the various types of violence they suffer every day. In this context, this work was constructed following an understanding that the problem of violence against women requires comprehensive actions on the part of public authorities, since it is considered a complex and multi-causal problem. In this sense, public policies designed to resolve this problem must be intersectoral and transversal. This argument is supported throughout the work through guidelines from the National Plans to Combat Violence Against Women, Federal Laws and International Conventions, which are shown throughout the research. So that the policy could be analyzed from the perspective of transversality, it was decided to use the analysis model developed by the organization Kaleidos.red (2010), which proposes an analysis in 3 dimensions of transversality: shaping factors, tangible factors and intangible factors. This work mapped and described which actors act on the agenda in the state, as well as describing the actions carried out by these actors in relation to combating violence against women in Minas Gerais in the period from 2019 to 2023. Given this context, these actions found support the policy to combat violence against women in Minas Gerais, which was analyzed using the categories established by Kaleidos.red (2010). At the end of the research, it is concluded that although there are many actions being carried out in the state, the agenda still lacks institutionalization that would enable its continuity throughout the administrations, directly influencing its strengthening as a public agenda in the state.Item Movimentos de mulheres do campo e o Estado: um estudo sobre as políticas voltadas ao enfrentamento da violência contra a mulher na realidade rural(2017) Campos, Mariana de Lima; Brasil, Flávia de Paula DuqueO reconhecimento das mulheres do campo enquanto sujeitos de direitos e a construção de políticas voltadas para suas agendas específicas têm como base ações coletivas protagonizadas historicamente por trabalhadoras rurais em todas as regiões do país. Este trabalho analisa a atuação dos movimentos de mulheres e seus papéis na formação das políticas voltadas ao enfrentamento da violência contra a mulher do campo. Parte-se da discussão dos movimentos sociais, seus repertórios de ação e de interação com o Estado, enfatizando as possibilidades de influenciarem as políticas públicas. Aborda-se a construção dessas políticas no âmbito nacional com a incidência dos movimentos de mulheres e, especificamente, o foco analítico detém-se na forma como essas iniciativas vêm sendo desenvolvidas em Minas Gerais. Ressaltam-se os efeitos da interação entre os movimentos de mulheres do campo e o Estado na concepção das iniciativas em nível nacional apesar de evidenciarem-se os desafios em nível subnacional no que se refere à absorção e tradução de suas demandas.
