| Resumo: | Esse trabalho analisa uma experiência conjunta de combate à ocupação de crianças e
adolescentes nas ruas dos 21 maiores municípios de Minas Gerais. Parte-se da
constatação de que é muito difícil desenvolver políticas de caráter intermunicipal e inter-setorial, como as de âmbito Estadual para questões relativas ao trabalho infantil e especialmente, aquele realizado nas ruas das grandes cidades. Observa-se que existem experiências e uma legislação bem desenvolvida a respeito desse tema, porém e concomitantemente uma diversidade enorme de conceitos, ações, instituições e formas de lidar com a questão. |
| Abstract: | In this article we analyze the experience of the 21 largest cities in the Minas Gerais
State in their fight against child and teenage labor on the streets. We observe that it is very hard to develop inter-municipal and inter-section policies like those in the state sphere for issues related to child labor, particularly on the streets of the largest cities. We note that if on the one hand there are successful experiences and a good law on the issue, on the other hand there is a wide variety of concepts, actions, institutions and frameworks to deal with it. |
