dc.description.abstractEsta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar os efeitos decorrentes da implementação do modelo de Biblioteca de Infraestrutura de Tecnologia da Informação (ITIL) na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Minas Gerais no período compreendido entre 2012 e 2019. Trata-se de estudo de cunho descritivo e qualitativo. Foi empregado o método monográfico para o estudo das práticas de Governança de Tecnologia da Informação no âmbito da Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Minas Gerais (ALMG) através do processo de implementação do modelo ITIL no âmbito da Gestão de Projetos de TI, da Gestão do Relacionamento com o Negócio e da Gestão de Incidente e Requisição de Serviço. Tratou-se de pesquisa aplicada e do tipo exploratória, pois objetivou maior familiaridade com o tema. Foi procedida pesquisa Bibliográfica a partir de autores renomados na área da Administração e Gestão de pessoas (CHIAVENATO, 2014); Gestão Pública (FAYOL, 1990; ABRÚCIO, 2007; BRESSER-PEREIRA 1997; 2002), Governança (ARAÚJO, 2002; BARBOSA ET AL., 201; NOHARA, 2017); Governança de TI no serviço público (FERNANDES, 2008; GARCIA, 2006; MANSUR, 2007; PRADO FILHO, 2019; RODRIGUES, 2012; vieira 2005; WEILL, 2006); Gestão da Informação (DAVENPORT, 2004; KEEN, 1996; LÉVY, 1998); Planejamento Estratégico (CHIAVENATO, 2009); Sistemas de Informação (BIO, 1996; SEMIDÃO, 2014). Foi realizada pesquisa documental em normas e bases de dados da Assembleia, bem como foram analisados os indicadores de desempenho desses serviços durante e após a implementação do ITIL. Foi desenvolvida entrevista semiestruturada junto aos gestores da área sobre os efeitos da implementação do ITIL nos serviços de TI. Obteve-se como resultados que a implementação do ITIL trouxe efetividade aos processos de TI e, consequentemente, tornou mais eficientes os seus diversos setores administrativos, não obstante os desafios enfrentados para sua implementação, sendo que os processos estudados devem ser alvo de melhoria constante, para a melhoria constante dos serviços prestados pela Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Minas Gerais.pt_BR

It's the descriptive and qualitative study.
